Four Great Truths - How Clients and Candidates Make Decisions

This session starts with exploring 4 very powerful principles of our industry and applying them to our daily practice with clients and candidates. Principles are where what is Smart in our business meets what is Right in our business. Principles are the keys to unlock your ability to better anticipate and understand how your prospects and client think when they are making important decisions. Principles also help you better position your value to the candidate and client relationship. These four Principles give us greater insight, which in turn, gives us greater influence.

If you don’t know where your candidate or client is in their decision process, there is no way that you can know where you are in your sales or closing process!

This dynamic and interactive sales consulting program includes the following:

  • Explore the underlying 4 Great Truths of Our Industry that Drive Client and Candidate Decisions
  • Gain Insight Into How Your Client Thinks During The 8 Stages of The Decision Process
  • Learn that where you enter the decision process determines how your candidate and client perceives you.
  • Make Better Guiding Suggestions which ensures your Value Proposition throughout the Sales Process.

That’s A Great Question! – Convincing Candidate and Client Conversations

Your candidates and clients are very busy people. Their jobs require them to make many decisions daily, and frequently with a sense of urgency. From the moment you engage by email, voice mail, or in a live conversation, the clock is running and your prospect is judging… judging whether you are prepared for the call, judging as to whether you act in a professional and competent manner; judging whether or not you guide the conversation with confidence and knowledge of this person’s role and of the work being done; and judging as to whether they want to invest time with you in a conversation or move on the tasks and people they deem as more worthy of their time.

This session is about The Heart of Great Conversation. And like the human heart, there are four chambers in every conversation. Each has an autonomous function and yet they work together in synchronicity to feed and fuel the conversation. These essential skills are Probing, Listening, Responding to Resistance, and Seeking Agreement.

This dynamic and interactive communication session includes the following:

  • Explore your candidates’ and clients’ Cognitive Bias and the four pillars in developing Trusted Relationships
  • Probe Beyond The Obvious to better understand what is behind the Client and Candidate Need
  • Engage The Three Types Of Listening to Resistance: Active, Empathic And Strategic
  • Navigate through candidate and client resistance through the use of the LACES Model
  • Recommend the Most Effective next steps for both Candidates and Clients

Cybersecurity

Ransomware attacks are dramatically on the rise, making them the number one security concern for staffing companies, who are particularly at risk due to the potentially large numbers of employees and clients they work with. An effective cybersecurity program is critical for staffing company owners, regardless of size. This discussion will look at cybersecurity specifically for staffing, including how remote work and the cloud has changed cybersecurity, whether or not having cybersecurity insurance provides enough protection, what owners can do to improve their cybersecurity, and more.

This is just a sample of what you’ll find at this year’s Client Conference. We promise there’s even more great content (and fun!) in store — BUT, if you have not already registered, please do so now to secure your spot! Time is running out and we can’t wait to see you!
