TUTOR Two-Day Sales Training Class


As part of TRICOM's dedication to providing the best educational information and resources, we offer our TUTOR training classes. These classes focus on two of the most critical areas of a staffing company's business: sales and operations. Industry experts lead these intensive, two-day courses, and participants leave with concrete steps to take in order to put what they've learned into action.

Sales are the lifeblood of any staffing company — which is why many staffing companies are looking for ways to take their sales team to the next level. In response to this renewed focus, TRICOM is pleased to partner with staffing sales expert Tom Erb, President of Tallann Resources, to offer a staffing industry specific TUTOR Two-Day Sales Training Class exclusively for TRICOM clients.


During this workshop, Tom walks through the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including:

Unlike most training where once it's done you have to figure out how to use it, our workshop integrates the creation of the sales plan into the training. At the end of the second day, each participant will leave with a complete, detailed sales plan they can immediately put into action and start realizing results!

About Tom Erb:
