About the Presenters:

Mary Jo Heim, the Director of Accounting, came to Tricom in 1996 and was promoted to Controller in 1998. Mary Jo is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP). Mary Jo is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA). Mary Jo and her team of four certified accounts have nearly a half-century of combined staffing industry accounting experience. Her clients rely upon her accounting knowledge and expertise for financial preparation and guidance.

Lauren Berkholtz became a member of the Tricom Funding accounting department in 2012. Lauren received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater shortly before joining the Tricom team. Lauren’s research and knowledge of payroll tax credits has helped in the development of Tricom’s Work Opportunity Tax Credit program.
