About the Presenters:

Josh began at TALX/Equifax Workforce Solutions in July 2008 as a Business Development Representative for the Tax Management Services team, which specializes in Unemployment Cost Management, Tax Credits and Incentives and Employment Tax services. Josh is now responsible for working with small-midsized clients in the staffing vertical to align our services to fit their needs. Josh has recently received his Certified Staffing Professional certification and attends most ASA, SIA, SHRM, APA and regional tradeshows.

Dave has over 29 years of unemployment compensation tax management experience. Dave has worked in Account Management and Client Relations where he was responsible for program performance, education and ongoing customer service of many Fortune and key clients of Equifax Workforce Solutions. Dave has held high-level management positions with responsibility for both field and internal customer service operations and also within the Equifax UCM Product Management group where he was responsible for Market and Quantitative Analysis along with Product Strategy & Planning. Currently, Dave manages the Equifax Workforce Solutions Regional Tax Managers and Sales Support Teams responsible for new business development and subject matter expertise with specific focus and emphasis on Unemployment Cost Management.
