Sales are the lifeblood of any staffing company — which is why many staffing companies are looking for ways to take their sales team to the next level. In response to this renewed focus, TRICOM is pleased to partner with staffing sales expert Tom Erb, President of Tallann Resources, to offer a staffing industry specific TUTOR Two-Day Sales Training Class exclusively for TRICOM clients.

TUTOR (TRICOM University Training of Office Resources) training classes focus on two of the most critical areas of a staffing company's business: sales and operations. An Industry expert leads these intensive, two-day courses, and participants leave with concrete steps to take in order to put what they've learned into action. Our next training class is Monday, November 13 through Tuesday, November 14th.

We invited Tom Erb to conduct these trainings because of his impressive background in the staffing industry, specifically in sales. For over 20 years, Tom has specialized in talent solutions for companies in a variety of industries, sizes, and types. As an executive for two of the largest staffing and recruiting companies in the country, he has worked with some of the most recognizable and well-respected companies in the United States.

In 2010, Tom formed Tallann Resources, a consulting firm that helps organizations maximize their talent ROI through better recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention processes.

As a recruiting expert, Tom has presented at the American Staffing Association, National Association of Personnel Services, and TechServe Alliance national conferences. He has also spoken to a variety of staffing, recruiting, and human resources organizations including the Capital Area Staffing Association, Ohio Staffing and Search Association, HR associations of Central Ohio, Toledo, and Pittsburgh, and the HR Summit. Tom has developed this specific TUTOR training workshop with TRICOM’s client needs in mind. During this workshop, Tom will walk through the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including:

Unlike most training where once it's done you have to figure out how to use it, our workshop integrates the creation of the sales plan into the training. At the end of the second day, each participant will leave with a complete, detailed sales plan they can immediately put into action and start realizing results!

The total training package includes:

  • Two-day professional, in-depth training session at our Wintrust Corporate offices in Rosemont, IL, just minutes from O’Hare International Airport outside of Chicago
    • Day One: 8 am – 5 pm CST
      Breakfast, lunch and dinner included
    • Day Two: 8 am – 2 pm CST
      Breakfast and lunch included
  • Hotel accommodations are included in the price
  • Transportation between the hotel and training site for both days
