Even though it’s only June, our thoughts are already turning to this fall as we continue to plan for our 2019 Client Conference in September. We’ve been working hard on our conference line-up to bring you top professionals and experts eager to share their insights into the staffing industry. After all, the TRICOM Client Conference isn’t about TRICOM – it’s about offering valuable information you can use in your staffing business.

We’re pleased to announce additional details about the keynote presentations, as well as the plans for our first evening networking event.

Opening our conference is keynote speaker Adrianne Nelson, Senior Director, Global Membership Products at Staffing Industry Analysts. Adrianne will be giving us an update on The State of Staffing — Trends, Opportunities, Threats and the Future. Another keynote speaker is Will Matthews. Will is President and Founder of the Matthews Performance Group, as well as the author of the highly acclaimed book You’ve Got This! Will speaks to audiences around the world and is bringing his message on the topic of resiliency and deliberately evolving yourself to increase joy and results to the TRICOM Client Conference. We’ll hear from Taylor St. Germain, Analyst/Speaker from ITR Economics about Managing in an Uncertain Economy. The trends of 2018 are not carrying us through 2019. Join us on our first night, Wednesday, September 18 from 6 – 10 pm for our first evening networking event at one of Milwaukee’s best breweries, the Milwaukee Brewing Company (MKE Brewing). Milwaukee has a storied beer history going back to nearly the founding of the city — in fact, Miller Brewing Company was founded in 1855, a mere 9 years after Milwaukee became incorporated. Since then, large and small breweries alike have continued to make Milwaukee famous. Since 1997, MKE Brewing’s goal has been to brew outstanding, unique beers while maintaining an unwavering commitment to sustainability, business ethics and the art of brewing. Included in the evening will be tours, games, food, samples, and fun. We’re excited to share this taste of Milwaukee with our conference attendees!

Rob Mosley is our latest confirmed speaker. Rob is a Managing Partner for Next Level Exchange, a global learning collaborative dedicated to the Search and Staffing Industry. Rob comes from MRINetwork™ Corporate where he served as the Chief Learning Officer, responsible for all training and sales development of more than 1,100 offices worldwide.

Previously Rob was with the Acclivus Corporation, an international performance development company. He has facilitated the Acclivus curriculum on six continents and is part of the Acclivus team responsible for global relationships with companies as diverse as Dell Inc., Accenture, Hitachi Vantara, KPMG Consulting, NASDAQ, Baylor Healthcare, Recruit Holdings Ltd, Japan, Shell Energy, and Comcast/NBC Universal. Rob is currently a licensed facilitator for Acclivus Train the Trainer programs worldwide.

Rob’s knowledge of the search industry comes from 12 years with Merritt Hawkins and Associates, now part of AMN Healthcare. Rob served as Vice President of Corporate Business Development.

He is a licensed facilitator for Stephen Covey’s The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Patrick Lencioni’s The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Rob holds master certifications in Consultative Selling, Performance Coaching, Advanced Sales Negotiation, Strategic Client Communication, and Major Account Planning & Strategy.

Rob is a keynote speaker and facilitator at continuing education seminars in the areas of business to business sales execution with a focus on collaborative client development, team effectiveness and performance management.

Past credits include Staffing Industry Analysts Executive Forum and Healthcare Forum, the American Staffing Association, The Fordyce Forum, the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), and the National Association of Physician Recruiters and National Association of Locum Tenens Organization.
